Pineapple contains an enzyme shown to be extremely effective in reducing inflammation in the body.  Turmeric and ginger are also two powerful anti-inflammatory roots that have been studied extensively for their pain-relieving properties.

To quickly remove all of the juicy pineapple fruit, use a pineapple corer.  If you do not own one, they are not expensive and can be bought here:  Shop Pineapple Corer

Ingredients:

1 small, ripe pineapple, chopped into cubes

1/2 large cucumber (remove the skin if there is wax on the outside, even if organic)

2 oranges, squeezed for their juice

1 cup coconut water

3 inches turmeric root

2 inches ginger root

Put the above ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy!
